As an effective manager or executive one of your key responsibilities is to develop your team into high performing team members. You use common management tools such as regular one on ones, coaching, feedback, and goal creation/tracking. Further, you’re working to connect with them on a regular basis by asking about their hobbies, family, and communicating in a way that is most compatible with their personality profile.

You’re doing all the heavy lifting and Talent Curation can help you track all of it for each of your team members. Talent Curation offers the ability to document one on ones, coaching, goals, follow up reminders, and a profile page.

The one-on-one (1:1) template enables you to set an agenda before the meeting, take notes during the meeting in a distraction free view, and create or follow up on Reminders during the meeting as well. One on ones is your most powerful tool in developing a team member and this tool enables you document each of those meetings. Further, if necessary, you can generate a PDF of all your one-on-ones per employee.

The goal development template enables you to set a description, define measurements, and make multiple goal specific observations over a period of time. Each goal can be printed with all of its observations listed in reverse chronological order.

Talent Curation’s Follow Up interface ties directly into your iOS Reminders. Items created or updated within the app are reflected in Reminders in a specific Talent Curation Reminders list. Likewise, changes made in Reminders is equally reflected in Talent Curation.
